First WhatsApp reply typically within a few hours during Beijing daytime.
Step 1 · Send us a photo or reference
WhatsApp us at +86 147 6013 5079. You can send: (a) a screenshot from our catalog with the batch name, (b) a photo of the genuine watch you want repped, (c) a link to a Reddit thread or watch magazine, (d) just describe it if you don't have a photo ("Rolex Submariner blue dial, 41mm").
Also tell us: your wrist size in inches (measure with a soft ruler around the widest wrist point) and your shipping country. These two pieces let us give you an accurate quote in the first reply.
Step 2 · We reply with batch and quote
Within a few hours during Beijing daytime (which is US evening / European afternoon), we reply with:
- Batch factory name — Clean, VSF, PPF, KV, BF, HBB, OMF (see our factory guide for what each means)
- Real photos — 3-5 warehouse photos of the actual watch model, not stock photos
- USD price — includes packaging, no hidden fees
- DHL shipping cost to your country — usually $25-45
- Alternative batches if we suggest a better factory for that model
If you want to negotiate — bulk order (3+ pieces), or you have a specific reference we don't currently stock — this is the moment. Ask.
Step 3 · Payment methods
We accept 5 payment methods, listed by preference:
- Wise (formerly TransferWise) — best for orders under $200. Low fees, fast (1-3 days). Recipient account details sent on WhatsApp.
- USDT (Tether stablecoin) — best for orders $200-500. Fast (10 minutes for TRC-20). No conversion loss. Wallet address on WhatsApp.
- PayPal Friends & Family — best for repeat customers. Fees on our side, no conversion loss. NOT PayPal Goods & Services (chargeback risk for our category).
- Zelle — US only. Instant. Recipient details on WhatsApp.
- Western Union — global fallback if the above don't work. Higher fees (~$15 flat). 1-2 days processing.
Step 4 · QC video and ship
Once payment clears, we photograph and video the exact watch you're getting. QC video is ~30 seconds — shows the dial, hands, bracelet, case-back, and any specific details you asked about (e.g., "check that the crown-guard curve looks correct"). We WhatsApp this to you.
You approve the QC. If something's wrong (wrong dial color, wrong batch, defect), we swap or refund before shipping. Once you approve, DHL/UPS/FedEx picks up within 24-48 hours (Monday-Friday). Tracking number sent to you.
