6-month movement warranty from delivery date. Does not cover: water damage beyond rated depth, drop damage, self-inflicted scratches, wear-and-tear on straps/bracelets, aesthetic damage from user handling.
We do not process credit card payments precisely because chargeback disputes on our category are not fair — you paid for a replica, you knew it was a replica, filing a chargeback claiming "counterfeit product" would be a bad-faith action.
