Privacy Policy
Short version: we keep what we need to ship your order and delete the rest 30 days after delivery. Full version below.
What we collect
- WhatsApp phone number (from the messaging app when you contact us)
- Shipping address (you provide for delivery)
- Email address (only if you contact us via email)
- Payment reference number (for reconciliation — not the payment method details)
What we do NOT collect
- No cookies on this website (no analytics beyond basic Cloudflare traffic stats)
- No fingerprint tracking, no device profiling
- No cross-site advertising cookies
- No credit card / bank account details on our servers
How long we keep it
Order-related data: kept for 30 days after DHL delivery confirmation, then deleted from our systems. Exception: if you request warranty service, we retain your record for the 6-month warranty period plus 30 days.
Do we share your data with third parties?
- DHL/UPS/FedEx: yes — we share your shipping address with them so they can deliver.
- Payment processors: no — you send payment directly, we only reconcile our end.
- Chinese authorities: only if legally compelled by court order (has not happened in our 6-year history).
- US/EU authorities: never proactively; only under a formal international legal request.
- Marketing partners: no — we don't have any.
Right to deletion
WhatsApp us at any time and ask "delete my data" — we remove your record within 48 hours.
Site logs
Cloudflare Pages (hosts this site) logs IP addresses of visitors for security purposes only. We do not have access to these logs and don't use them for tracking. Cloudflare's data policy applies to these logs.
